As a blog post workout meal- I prefer to mix my It Works protein Shake with strawberries and flax seeds. Because I typically exercise in the evening( after 7pm )If the healthy protein shake does not subdue my cravings then I’ll eat a salad and/or consume nuts (almonds, cashews etc )
